As a recent addition to the Minster Bank team, Andrew Peyton is settling into his role as a commercial lender at the Minster Bank Vandalia location. His responsibilities include providing banking solutions to businesses in the Dayton area and business development.
Originally from Wilmington, Ohio, Peyton earned a degree in business at Wright State University and has over 20 years of lending, banking and financial management experience. He came to Minster Bank in October 2022 for the close-knit, community-focused culture.
“The more I heard how Minster Bank operates, I knew that small, hometown community bank feel was appealing,” said Peyton.
Peyton enjoys building relationships with business owners and organizations in the Dayton area, and he also appreciates how friendly and inviting the Minster Bank staff has been.
“The people have been great – very welcoming since I’ve started,” he said. “It’s just a good feeling to be part of a small community bank in a family-type environment.”
Peyton lives in Beavercreek with his wife, Jodi, and their two children. He stays active in the community as a board member of the Miami Valley Chapter of the Risk Management Association and with the Xenia Rotary Club.
