Conner Reed is a valued two-year employee of Minster Bank, serving as a Relationship Associate at our Wagner’s location. Her average workday involves assisting customers with basic banking needs, new accounts, wire transfers and more.
Although we hear it a lot, it never gets old. We asked Conner what she likes most about working at Minster Bank, and she said, “The people I work with – everyone is kind and welcoming.”
Whether at our corporate Minster office, Minster Bank–Wagners or one of our other locations, we want everyone to feel welcome like Conner does.
And we’re proud of Conner, too. She attended Wright State University–Lake Campus and will soon teach sixth-grade math and seventh-grade language arts at Bradford Exempted Village Schools.
When she’s not working (or teaching), she likes spending time baking and traveling with family and friends. She adds: “I’m grateful for everyone and everything I’ve learned at Minster Bank, but I’m more than ready to move to the next chapter of my life – teaching.”
