Kristi McDaniel joined the Minster Bank family as Assistant Branch Manager in training in early December 2022 and felt she fit in immediately. Coordinating communication and meeting branch standards are regular duties for an assistant branch manager, and Kristi operates both efficiently.
But having worked in the pharmaceutical and financial industries for years, that’s no surprise for this Bowling Green grad.
At home, she knows how to juggle responsibilities with two high school boys and puts her B.S. in Early Childhood Education to good use with her third son, a preschooler. Kristi’s nights in New Bremen are every bit as busy as her days at the bank.
When she does have free time, Kristi enjoys reading, playing board games, and watching the Marvel Universe, Dr. Who and Star Wars.
When we asked Kristi what she liked most about working at Minster Bank, she said, “I love the people, both coworkers and customers, and the feeling that the company truly cares about me and my family life.”
