Human Resources Assistant Olivia Pulfer has worked at Minster Bank for over two years . She began as a relationship associate in the Troy office before moving into her current role at the Minster Branch in January 2022.
Pulfer’s responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and planning events and activities to support bank morale. She appreciates the people and the culture at Minster Bank.
“It’s so important to find a work culture that fits you well, and Minster Bank offers that for me,” said Pulfer. “We really do put the customer and their needs first — and have their best interests in mind.”
Additionally, Pulfer enjoys the small-town feel of Minster Bank and the fact that they offer the same services as larger banks.
“Minster Bank has been a wonderful place to work and grow,” said Pulfer. “Working both on the front line as well as the back office, I have had great experiences with customers, co-workers and the communities we are present in.”
Pulfer lives with her husband, Ross, and their three cats and pet rabbit. In her free time, Pulfer enjoys being with her family, reading and gardening.
