It takes a village to keep a bank running. Many bank customers will never see IT manager Ryan Perry, but his role is critical to keeping the bank functioning and secure.

IT at Minster Bank
Perry maintains all of the IT systems at Minster Bank along with a small team. That includes everything from managing servers to upgrading all of the software the bank uses.
He started with Minster Bank just after college in a help desk role and moved into his current position a few years later. Now, he’s been there for eight years and has come to know almost everyone in the company.
“I’m probably the one anyone can call within the bank, and they don’t even have to tell me their name because I know their voice,” he said.
Perry said being able to help people in his role is the most gratifying part of the job. He also said the family-friendly culture was a big part of why he enjoys working at the bank.
The Wapakoneta native enjoys heading outdoors to golf, bike or run in his free time.
