Robert Parker has been elected to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Minster Financial Corp. Mr. Parker was elected to a three-year term at the annual meeting of shareholders.
Mr. Parker, Chief Financial Officer, Waibel Energy Systems, will replace John Dunlap, who is retiring after 24 years of service on the Board of Directors.
Robert is a University of Dayton graduate and received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is currently Treasurer of the New Bremen Emergency Squad and a New Bremen Village Councilman. Mr. Parker and his wife, Michelle, reside in New Bremen, and are the parents of four children.
Minster Financial Corp, is a financial holding company and parent firm of Minster Bank, headquartered in Minster, Ohio, and has offices located in Minster, New Bremen, St. Marys, Sidney, Troy, Wapakoneta and Vandalia Loan Production Office.
